Cancellation Policy

Booking Classes

As far in advance as possible all classes should be booked and paid for online via our payment system.

Cash or card payments will be accepted for drop-ins or with prior agreement with the management.

Cancellations

Classes may be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled with a minimum of 6 hours notice. Where less than 6 hours notice is given it will be at the discretion of the management as to whether a refund or rescheduling option can be offered.

Please note this policy applies to classes with Ruth or Son. Other teachers have their own policies and clients should confirm arrangements with them.
